🛍️ Ordering
How do I place an order?
Select your preferred product(s) from our collections, choose your size and color, then add to cart. Once you're done shopping, go to your cart and click Checkout. Follow the steps to add your shipping address, select payment method, review your order, and place it.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at aethicapparels@gmail.com or through our contact form. If the order is already processed/shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer delivery across India.
Shipping fees depend on your location and the total order value.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier. Urban areas usually see faster delivery; remote areas may take longer. Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its status.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, with tags intact.
Return request must be made within [X] days of delivery (you can set your time frame: 7 / 15 / 30 days).
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent incorrect.
How do I request a return / exchange?
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
Provide photos if the product is damaged or there’s an error.
We’ll send instructions on how to send back the item and what the next steps are.
When will I get my refund or replacement?
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we’ll process the refund or send the replacement. Refunds usually take 3-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank / payment method.

How do I know which size to choose?
We provide size charts on each product page. Measure one of your own garments that fits well and compare. If you're in between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
What is the material quality of your products?
Our apparel uses premium fabrics designed for comfort and durability. Whether it’s our sweatshirts, hoodies, or tees, we use quality blends (cotton, fleece, etc.) to ensure soft feel, lasting prints, and good fit. Aethic Apparels+1
